Beaird Harris Bucks Program

The Beaird Harris Bucks Program was designed to allow our management team, and your peers alike, the opportunity to show sincere appreciation for the many things you do day-in and day-out, including extraordinary effort and impact in providing service that goes above and beyond the high expectations of your position.

  • Annually, everyone in the Firm will receive one $50 Beaird Harris Bucks, which is yours to keep. This is the Firm’s way of recognizing that we’re glad to have you as part of our team and appreciate your commitment to help us make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You can’t give your $50 Beaird Harris Bucks away.
  • Additionally, everyone will also receive five $5 Beaird Harris Bucks to award to someone else as recognition for doing a great job. You don’t have to give them to someone on your team; rather, anyone you see going above and beyond is eligible for recognition. You’re tasked with identifying at least five instances of exceptional service and recognizing outstanding team members when you witness a job well done. If you receive a Beaird Harris Buck as recognition, it’s yours to keep…no re-gifting!
  • Each Shareholder and Manager will be given three special $10 Beaird Harris Bucks to give to someone else as recognition of achieving something extraordinary. The same rules apply to the $10 Beaird Harris Bucks as described in point two above. If you receive a Beaird Harris Buck as recognition, it’s yours to keep…no re-gifting!
The Beaird Harris Bucks are to be awarded throughout the year to show teammates appreciation for going above and beyond their standard duties. The Beaird Harris Bucks have zero cash value and should not be considered a cash substitute or compensation. Further, Beaird Harris Bucks cannot be redeemed for cash payment. Rather, they can only be redeemed semi-annually for a variety of Beaird Harris items and apparel. Further, any unused Beaird Harris Bucks are void upon termination with the Firm.

The presenter of the Beaird Harris Buck completes the form on the back of the Beaird Harris Buck indicating the recipient, the issuer, and a brief description of the reason for the recognition. The issuer then presents it to the receiving employee.
To redeem the Beaird Harris Bucks, the receiving employee must complete the redemption form and submit it to the Director of Marketing & Communications for processing. 

Redemption requests will be accepted the last weeks of July and first weeks of January, or as time allows.
