If you would like to file your return by the October 15th deadline, the cutoff date to get us the information to complete your return is Friday, August 14th. Returns will be completed in the order they are received. To help manage peak-season workloads and ensure fairness to all clients, a minimum 10% peak demand surcharge will apply to any return for which information is received after the August 14 deadline. This reflects the additional time, resources, and complexity required to complete late-arriving filings under compressed timelines. We have set this deadline in fairness to all of our clients so we can provide the quality and service you deserve.
