We have set this deadline in fairness to all of our clients so we can provide the quality and service you deserve. To help manage peak-season workloads and ensure fairness to all clients, a minimum 10% peak demand surcharge will apply to any return for which information is received after the July 13 deadline. This reflects the additional time, resources, and complexity required to complete late-arriving filings under compressed timelines. Please use TaxCaddy to submit your trust tax documents.
