2025 Tax Returns, Trusts - Due Date
Overview
Purpose:
As a reminder, the tax filing deadline for your 2025 trust tax returns is September 30, 2026. In order to deliver the level of service and attention you’ve come to expect from our team, we ask that you submit all necessary tax documents no later than Monday, July 13, 2026.
We have set this deadline in fairness to all of our clients so we can provide the quality and service you deserve.
To help manage peak-season workloads and ensure fairness to all clients, a minimum 10% peak demand surcharge will apply to any return for which information is received after the July 13 deadline. This reflects the additional time, resources, and complexity required to complete late-arriving filings under compressed timelines.
Please use TaxCaddy to submit your trust tax documents. If you have not established a TaxCaddy account, please request instructions from TaxCaddy@bh-co.com. We’ll send setup details and instruction on how to link your account to Beaird Harris directly.
If you have already submitted your documentation, please rest assured that Beaird Harris is diligently working to complete your return. Your tax advisor will be in touch with filing instructions once your return is complete and ready for signatures.
