Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the atmosphere and dress code?
The atmosphere is relaxed and celebratory, NOT formal. This is a chance to unwind after a busy season and enjoy time with the team. Casual to smart casual attire is perfectly appropriate—comfortable, relaxed, but still put together.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, guests are welcome. If you plan to bring someone, we encourage you to bring your spouse or significant other so we can keep the evening more personal and connected.
What time does it start and how long should I stay?
The event will begin at 6:30pm, and you’re welcome to stay as long as you’d like. We encourage you to arrive on time so you can enjoy the full evening.
What will be provided?
We’ll have food, drinks, and an open bar throughout the evening. Dietary restrictions and food allergies will be accommodated. Please use good judgment with alcohol consumption. If a ride home is the better option, don’t drive—ride with a friend or take an Uber (the Firm will pick up the tab — no questions asked).
We ask a lot of our team during tax season, and the Tax Party is a small way of saying thank you. It's an opportunity to relax, reconnect, and recognize the collective effort that drives everything we do.
