Ron joined Beaird Harris in 1988 and became a Partner in 2002. He has played a prominent role in the success of the Firm’s tax practice and small business consulting services. Ron is a senior tax manager specializing in technology companies, the oil & gas industry, and estate and trust taxation. He is a licensed Investment Advisory Representative who specializes in research and industry developments.

Ron is a 1987 graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and has been a CPA since 1989. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs. Prior to entering public accounting, Ron served in the United States Air Force where he was stationed at the Air Force Academy and worked in the finance and accounting office.
