Courtney joined Beaird Harris in 2019 and provides tax compliance, tax planning and business consulting services for small businesses and individuals. Prior to joining the firm, Courtney worked for a large public accounting firm in Dallas for about four years.

Courtney graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and then attended the University of North Texas where she obtained a Master of Science in Taxation.
