Genny Cordell is a Tax Partner at Beaird Harris, PLLC, a Dallas-based CPA firm serving clients across the United States, where she primarily advises business owners and entrepreneurs on complex, proactive tax planning and compliance. She also works closely with high net wealth individuals and their related tax planning tools such as family partnerships and trusts. She works with a broad range of clients and serves as an industry lead within the firm for attorneys, medspa and plastic surgery centers, and real estate investors.

She works closely with clients to manage the tax implications of business ownership, evolving financial situations, and long-term planning. Genny is known for helping clients simplify complexity, make more informed decisions, and align personal and business tax strategies from start up to business transitions.

Genny also leads the firm’s Outsourced Accounting Services (OAS) department, where her team provides bookkeeping, controller services, and fractional CFO services to growing businesses. Through this work, her team helps clients build scalable financial infrastructure and gain better visibility into their business performance, further supporting the firm’s integrated approach to serving business owners.

Genny also serves on the EOS Leadership Team, where she plays a key role in firm operations, team alignment, and the execution of strategic initiatives. In addition, she is the Partner in Charge of Human Resources and Recruiting, leading efforts to attract, develop, and mentor the next generation of professionals at Beaird Harris.
