Joe Vincent is a Dallas-based CPA and trusted advisor to financially successful individuals, families, and privately held businesses facing complex tax and financial planning needs.

At Beaird Harris, he provides proactive tax planning and compliance services, as well as accounting, business consulting, and strategic advisory support designed to help clients make informed, confident decisions.

As a Tax Senior Manager, Joe works closely with other members of the Beaird Harris team to deliver coordinated, cross-functional solutions that align with each client’s broader financial picture. He brings clarity and confidence to clients navigating income growth, business expansion, and key financial transitions—helping them stay ahead of complexity and avoid surprises.

Joe serves a diverse client base across industries, with particular depth in working with healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and service-based businesses. He also leads Beaird Harris’s efforts in serving technology companies, advising founders and executives on equity compensation, entity structuring, and business lifecycle planning. In addition, Joe is an active member of the firm’s Technology Committee.

He joined Beaird Harris in 2019 after nine years with another Dallas-based public accounting firm. Joe earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting and taxation from the University of North Texas and became a licensed CPA in 2013. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs.
