Rachel Beaird is the Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Beaird Harris. She helps implement the firm’s marketing initiatives, manages communications and social media, coordinates firm-wide events, and leads the firm’s Social Committee. With a creative eye and strong attention to detail, Rachel helps ensure firm communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with our brand standards, while also applying her strength in graphic design to support marketing campaigns and visual branding efforts across the firm.
In addition to her core responsibilities, Rachel supports key marketing, communications, and business development initiatives through process improvement, reporting, and special projects. She has been instrumental in the firm’s onboarding of HubSpot—building workflows, streamlining processes, and managing the firm’s proposal system. Whether tackling a new project or refining an existing one, Rachel brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach that makes a lasting impact.
Rachel joined Beaird Harris in 2021 with a background in marketing and design. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Arkansas, is Ignition Certified, and is working toward several HubSpot certifications to further expand her expertise.
Outside the office, Rachel enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Whether trying a new recipe, exploring a new city, or diving into a good book, she embraces opportunities that spark inspiration both personally and professionally.
