Rachel’s responsibilities include new client onboarding, processing account transactions, facilitating deposits and disbursements, and assisting with quarterly client reporting. She serves as a key liaison between clients, Wealth Managers, and third-party vendors, ensuring that every request is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care.

Rachel attended Tarrant County College, where she completed coursework in paralegal studies and laid the academic foundation for her career in professional services. She began her career in the legal field, working as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal before transitioning into the wealth management space. Her background has equipped her with strong organizational and communication skills, and she brings a thoughtful, service-driven approach to every client interaction.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring domestic and international locations, and finding new ways to stay active. She also enjoys photography and created a part-time photography business specializing in sports photography.

She values connection and is passionate about making a positive impact on those around her. In particular, she believes giving back to the community through volunteer work is an essential part of life.
