Todd Stracener, CPA, brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting expertise to his role as Director of Operations with Beaird Harris’ public accounting practice. He works closely with the Executive Committee and Leadership Team to drive innovation, streamline internal processes, and support the Firm’s strategic growth objectives.

In his role, Todd concentrates on operational functions, including billing, collections, business intelligence, and strategic planning. He focuses on optimizing and integrating systems to ensure seamless operations, scalable workflows, and overall efficiency. His expertise in regulatory compliance, financial controls, and audit coordination enhances the Firm’s internal processes, supporting consistent performance and operational excellence.

Todd’s background in healthcare financial management brings operational insight and strategic perspective to Beaird Harris. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Vice President of Accounting at Catalyst Health Group, where he managed multi-entity operations, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements. His experience in high-growth and complex environments enables him to implement effective operational strategies that drive firm-wide improvements.

Todd earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University in 1993, an MBA in Health Services Management from The University of Dallas in 2000, and his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 1996.
