Ginnie Baker was admitted to the firm’s team of partners alongside Clint Dunn, effective January 1, 2021. “We are excited to share the news of the firm’s expanded partner group,” said Pat Beaird, Co-Founder of Beaird Harris. “The additional ownership continues to position Beaird Harris to remain independent and to carry on our services for many generations to come. Ginnie is a Wealth Manager and has been involved in the financial services industry since 2011 and with Beaird Harris since 2015. Her collaborative nature and deep understanding of complex financial planning issues allows her to navigate client’s financial situations and speak to them about investments, financial planning, insurance, and estate planning in ways they can understand. Ginnie works with high net worth and high income individuals and families, businesses and healthcare professionals, and is the lead advisor of the firm’s New Doctor Program.
Ginnie further explores her passion for financial planning through her involvement in the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of the Financial Planning Association, where she currently serves as President. She is also involved in the Personal Financial Planning Program Alumni Association Board at Texas Tech University, where she currently serves as Chair of the Mentorship Program and previously served as President. Ginnie also actively participates in Zero Alpha Group’s Women’s Forum.
Ginnie was awarded the DFW FPA Young Guns award in 2017, which is given to an up-and-coming planner age 36 and under who is making contributions to the financial planning profession and DFW FPA organization. She also received the Texas Tech Financial Planning Young Guns Award in 2020, which is given to a graduate of the Texas Tech Personal Financial Planning Program that has enhanced the reputation of the Program and Department at Texas Tech through their emerging record of achievements. Ginnie was also named a Best Financial Planner in D Magazine for 2018, 2019, & 2020.
Ginnie is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and licensed Investment Advisory Representative. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in General Business and MS in Personal Financial Planning in 2008 and 2012, respectively.
