As HR Manager Delisa’s responsibilities include project management for many firm initiatives such as managing the internal processes of the firm, implementing staff training and onboarding new staff. She also provides direct support to all staff and partners, and serves as the “Work/Life Success Manager” for all Beaird Harris colleagues. It is Delisa’s mission to ensure that everyone at Beaird Harris has the knowledge, skills, abilities and resources required to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
Delisa is also involved with recruiting, client communication and a myriad of other projects.
After attending Missouri Southern State University, Delisa has worked primarily in the public accounting industry in a practice or office manager capacity. Delisa joined Beaird Harris as the HR Manager in 2014.
