Heidi Vick serves as a Client Services Coordinator at Beaird Harris where she collaborates closely with our administrative, tax, and accounting services teams, managing a wide range of responsibilities. From processing and e-filing tax returns to overseeing document delivery and facilitating the onboarding of new clients, Heidi’s role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. 

Heidi also plays a crucial role in assisting tax staff by handling calls and scheduling meetings, ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the team.

Before joining the Beaird Harris team in 2022, Heidi worked as an executive assistant to the managing partner and as tax coordinator for the tax team at PSK LLP, in Arlington. Prior to her stint at PSK, Heidi owned and operated an ad specialties and corporate event coordination business in Fort Worth for 10 years.
